Finch & Cho
Can you use this ability to pay for attack damage? The player with this was out of cards and I attacked him for 3 hits. He used this card to spend the bookkeeping points on it to cover the damage cost. Is that correct?

Yes, so long as you chose to apply the damage as an expense. You could instead have inflicted
