The errata file contains the following paragraph:

Lt. Cmdr Sir Sandar van Othlezee: Some versions have the keyword REPLENISH printed in trait format, as Replenish. Both versions of the card use the REPLENISH mechanic, and the underline bold format is correct.

My Lt Cmdr Sir Sandar von Othlezee has no reference to “Replenish” in any format:

Yeah, that's because the version of Sandar that was printed was from the old file (of which I was unaware at the time of the errata). When the crew cards get reprinted, his version will be corrected at the same time.

In the mean time, what is Sir Sandar supposed to say?

We don't think it's worth issuing an errata on the errata for this, people can just play Sandar as written until they get the reprints.
