There are a lot of great ships in Traveller. Which would you like to see added to the card game?

The three I think are very appropriate are the Kinunir, the tigress, and the hammer class, from Robert Pierce's just another Traveller blog site

I'd go for the classic, patrol cruiser, safari ship and lab ship. Keeps within the 100-400 t class ships, and are all the types the average group games in. For me it would link in with RPG use more then. Maybe at a stretch the corsair next. As the basic game ships are all 100-400 t cargo ships it's a big jump to go beyond that tonnage and go too military. Don't want too many ships that are just
platforms.

I think the Broadsword is the largest ship we'll ever release as a captain's ship, but certainly larger vessels could appear as other kinds of cards.
A gag Tigress card with
x1000 would be amusing.

It's not on the list, but I like the Cozzi Class Corvettes.

I'll echo the 100 - 400 Ton class thought, that is where most "Travelling" happens. The yacht might only work with a Noble card, but it opens a lot of adventures closed to other ships. Warships are fun, but a Broadsword or Patrol Cruiser are limited in where and what in a non military scenario. Some modified Type S cards could be a fun spin off, seeker, etc. Or hey, Cutter Modules! That's a science and art all in and of itself................

The
Corsair is at the top of the 100-400 ton limit and would tend to be more militant. If it was brought into the game, there should be more ways a "pirate" could get
.
No, I'm not a space pirate at heart. No. Never. Ooh, there's an unarmed Free trader!

You may be interested in the Trouble on the Mains expansion. It was specifically designed to augment and improve Piracy, and it has several cards that provide
from Piracy.

Thanks, Jeff
I am looking forward to picking up it and the other decks and expansions.
