If Baronet Cronin makes himself invulnerable to crew abilities through his own crew ability, and then is 'd again, can he still use his ability on another ?
sigh. My brain hurts.

Re: Cronin's Paradox
From the rulebook, page 26:
"A card's Invulnerability will never extend to abilities it itself generates."
Also, Baronet Cronin is actually used as the example in the accompanying sidebar. So if Baronet Cronin used his ability on himself, it would shield him from the crew abilities of other . If he were able to , he could to make another Invulnerable to crew abilities. He could even still target himself and get DOUBLE INVULNERABILITY!!!! (not a real thing, if that wasn't already obvious) because Invulnerability never extends to any abilities the card itself has.
From a functional standpoint, what this means is that you can't use Invulnerable to crew abilities to save a from its own limitations.
Example: The Rhonuit Pruir has the following crew ability "Jettison if you control a Solomani ." Even if Rhonuit were to gain Invulnerable to crew abilities, you would still have to jettison him if you gained control of a Solomani , because Invulnerable does not extend to the card's own abilities.
