How do I join the Free Trader Network

When I click the button on the page that describes the Free Trader Network, that is supposed to take me somewhere to sign up for the player finder/Free Trader Network, I get transferred to this page...
memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=%5Bphpbb_id%5D
How do we sign up?

How do we sign up?
If you go to your user profile (click on your name on the top gray colored bar) there should be an option to join.
