Finding other Traveller Customizable Card Game players

It's our hope that this website can serve as a resource for building a sustained community of Traveller Customizable Card Game players. One of the ways we want to help is to provide ways captains can find each other.

The Forums
The forums generally, and this subforum specifically, can be a useful location to discuss the game, find other players and arrange events.

The Free Trader Network
The Free Trader Network is our organized play community. Led by volunteer coordinators called Merchant Princes, the FTN is intended to be a collegial group for captains interested in developing their TravellerCCG skills.

The Player Locator
After joining the Player Locator, captains will see the profiles of other nearby (within 25 miles) enrolled users. The Player Locator will not display any location information, but instead provides a link to the captain's user account, so that communication can be attempted via the Forums or Private Message.

For those of us in rural areas, 50 miles is NOT a stretch... the chances that we might both be attending a Convention that is mutually convenient to both of us is not out of the question and would actually be MORE convenient.

Could you possibly expand the look around area to 100 miles?

According to your profile, you are already enrolled! If there are others within 50 miles, it should show.

lol well, if you can't find 'em, make 'em! But more seriously, I don't know what percentage of people actually use the player locator. So while it may be a useful resource, it also may not. Perhaps posting your location in a LFG thread either here or at Traveller sites (like CotI, Reddit, etc)?
