download of boxes for decks in the boxed set

Is it possible to get a PDF download of the deck boxes that where not included in the two player box set? We could print them out on cardstock and fold/paste into a deckbox for each.

A template would be useful so new ships could have a deckbox with a space for a hand written personalized title.

Is it possible to purchase just the deckboxes?
