I think that Geoff has been hinting at a Vassel-style module to allow playing Traveller CCG online, which I assume allows solo-play. Cannot remember where the hints have been published - I think in the Kickstarter updates.

the other place to look for card descriptions is http://travellerdb.com/ developed by one of the members on this site.
It's a deck building site but has a pretty detailed list of all the cards released to date.

It's looking really good. I also created decks for the Beowulf and Type S and was happy see so many updates coming throughout the day.
