I would appreciate a little clarification about how 'Tonnage' restricts what :upgrade can be used. Initially I thought that a ship's tonnage was a limit on the total number of :upgrade you can have in play. This would mean that a scout can effectively have only 1x100 ton :upgrade and a free trader 2...
